Utopia

a Christmas party with the aim of raising funds for a charitable cause.

Project Information

The objective of the project was to spread the Christmas spirit while contributing to a charitable cause by supporting the Lady Ridgeway Hospital. Through the organization of a Christmas party and carol event, the Leo Club of Ethos International College aimed to raise funds that would be donated to the hospital to help improve pediatric healthcare services. The initiative sought to engage the community in celebrating the holiday season, fostering a sense of unity and social responsibility, while making a meaningful impact on the well-being of children in need of medical care.

The primary need identified was the requirement for enhanced support and resources at the Lady Ridgeway Hospital, which serves as a critical healthcare provider for children. As one of the busiest pediatric hospitals in the region, it faces ongoing challenges in meeting the demands of its patients due to limited funding and resources. The Leo Club of Ethos International College recognized this gap and aimed to address it by contributing funds to support the hospital’s efforts in delivering quality healthcare. This initiative was driven by the understanding that improving pediatric healthcare infrastructure has a profound impact on the well-being of the community’s most vulnerable members.
